Privacy for job seekers
Applies to assistanceops.com/jobs. Draft, last updated October 2026.
What we collect
The name, mobile phone and email (optional) you type on the form, whether you confirmed you hold a valid driver license, your language, and the interview times you picked. We do not ask for your age, immigration status, criminal history or any government ID number.
Why we collect it
To book the interviews you picked and to confirm or change them with you.
Who sees it
assistanceOps and only the hiring companies whose interviews you picked. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with companies you did not pick. The sharing is something you agree to with a checkbox before sending the form.
Where it is stored
In a private Google Sheet that only assistanceOps staff can open. Confirmation messages go by phone or email only if you gave us that contact.
Ads, analytics and your privacy choices
To measure our job ads we use the Meta pixel and Google Analytics on these pages. They receive technical information such as the pages you visit and your device, and the Meta pixel is told when you book an interview. We never send them your name, phone or email, and we do not put your details in the page address. We do not sell your personal information. Under California law, using the Meta pixel for advertising can count as "sharing". To opt out, turn on the Global Privacy Control setting in your browser: when we receive that signal, neither tool loads. You can also write to info@assistanceops.com.
Adults only
This service is for adults looking for work. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your agreement to share it, at any time by writing to info@assistanceops.com. If you live in California, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Some records may need to be kept longer when the law requires it.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we collected about you, where it came from, why, and who received it;
- give you a copy of it;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information, except where the law requires us to keep a record;
- stop sharing it with the companies you picked, or stop any use of it for advertising (opt out of sale or sharing);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not ask for sensitive information such as criminal history, medical information or immigration documents.
We will not treat you worse for using these rights. Write to info@assistanceops.com from the email you used on the form. We may ask for a detail from your request to confirm it is you. We reply within 45 days. We do not sell personal information and have not sold it in the last 12 months.
Equal opportunity
The companies listed here make their own hiring decisions. assistanceOps does not screen candidates by race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or any other protected characteristic.
